Mission Training offer a course in Control and Restraint (C&R). The techniques taught are used throughout the United Kingdom by the Police and Prison services. The techniques are simple and effective. You don’t need to be a martial arts expert nor remember many fancy moves! Quick simple gross motor skill based techniques result in having to use minimal force to control and restrain a person.

 

The course is delivered in a controlled and safe environment by instructors with many years experience who will demonstrate and coach students to develop their professional development in C&R.
